**Draft - legal review required.** These resources are working drafts for Bounty and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. They are provided as non-binding indications of Bounty's intended terms, practices, and policies only. They are not executed agreements and do not create binding obligations unless and until they are reviewed, approved, and accepted through an authorized agreement process.

This page collects Bounty's legal, privacy, data protection, and security resources. These resources apply to Bounty's services generally and may be updated as the service, subprocessors, integrations, and legal requirements change.

If a customer has a signed agreement, order form, or data processing addendum with Bounty, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these public resources.
